Phase 1: The project presents a series of strategies to develop on an urban stripe of the city center of Santiago de Querétaro adjacent to the river. The proposal deals with the urban arrangement of the urban fluxes that run parallel to the river by folding the surface and creating programatic folds. In both sides of the stripe by creating two NODES the city gets free of the massive use of the car.
Phase 2: The project is focused in a node definition, understood as a hybrid building, designed to respond with a continuos transparent front to the city scale and with a discontinuos and open side to the river.The building will conect using ramps at different levels with commertial use other buildings plugged into them with uses as different as retail, restauration, sport, auditorium, cinema, library, etc...
