The main goal of the project is to achieve a public space in this exceptional site wich connects the people coming from the sea, the bastion and the Old Town. To do that the building is a big interconnector completely accesible from the ground floor plan and continuous up to the roofing, allowing the plot to be completely permeable and allowing the access of pedestrian at all levels.
The building is designed as a ramp that folds on itself by staying intertwined and whose levels are walkable on foot. The perspects are varying when the point of view shift and people go downwards from the roofing to the bottom. This route can be interrupt and redirect, for it there are vertical cores drilling project and can place you on another level and program.
