The proposal become engrossed in the pine forest and the sunlight of the houses. They are implanted in forest clearings and the swaing movements they do, form extensions and recesses where the forest remains intact and the houses on it.
The contact with the ground floor is very specific and other than that is used by the parking spots. The first level interrelates all the modules with terraces and give access to the housing. The group is worked through housing modules in turn formed by typological cells flat, semilevel height or double height. The dwelling responds to a sustainable control through two skins, one which isolates the housing from exterior and interior and another one which protects or allows sun radiance to come across and interfere with the first one.
