fill-in house

The house is extended and restructured with the aim to have fluid spaces open them up to the exterior and removing the partition walls. To do that only the exterior walls of the protected home were left and all the interior redone having to insert a new metal structure.
The main external facade and the whole volume had to be preserved. The ground floor plan is open completely to the courtyard and is one single space where the public program is developed. The intermedium plan is organised around a hall which gives access to the sleeping rooms and bathroom. The attic is another open space which contains the master bedroom and multipurpose room. It gets light from three skylights.
